The studio is a peaceful & relaxing space to enjoy your session where clients use original Pilates equipment. These machines use Pulleys, springs and weights to help improve flexibility increase strength as well as correcting postural faults and tone the body.
Private and Studio sessions are held in the studio on request, studio
sessions have a maximum of 2 people.
(clients wishing to join an open studio session will be asked to
attend at least one private session to assess their flexibility,
strength & muscle balance. By observing clients movement
we can put together a programme suited to their level, personal needs
and goals.)
